Charlie Widmeier grew up in Pinellas County Florida and has resided here all his life. He is married to Jennifer, his High school sweetheart, and has five children, Taylor, Maddison, Carson, Henry and Hallie. He enjoys spending time with his family and is passionate about the outdoors. 

Charlie began his career in the mortgage industry in 2005 in Wholesale Lending. Starting at an entry level position, working his way up to an Account Executive, has taught him the entire business operation, from all aspects of the mortgage loan process. 

In 2008 he made the decision to work with Tri County Mortgage which later became VanDyk Mortgage Corp. as a Loan Processor and eventually a Loan Originator.  He has since moved to The Mortgage Firm working with a tenured team of Mortgage Professionals that will continue to provide the Customer Service his clients are used to.

This experience has taught Charlie that a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the business is what will make you successful, and allow you to be the best possible resource to your clients. Charlie’s clients know when they first talk to him, that they have made the right decision, and understand that they will be his utmost priority throughout the process.
