The Beacon is a condo complex located on the quiet southern end of Downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. This neighborhood is also home to USFSP, Publix and other neighboring condo communities both new and old. On the new to old spectrum, The Beacon is one of the oldest residential high rises in Downtown St. Pete.

Built in 1965, this building may be older however it's location and modern updates make it a desirable place to live.
