Interesting Real Estate Stat For This Edition:

Every month we’ll pull an interesting stat for you directly from our MLS for Pinellas County.

The stats below reflect the average percentage the sales price was to the listing price for 3 months of inventory in Pinellas County (8,300 listings).  This is important because many homes are selling very close to their listing price in the county.

It’s not uncommon depending on the area to see a property sell at or above the list price.  Knowing this as a buyer will help you stay competitive. Knowing this as a seller helps you strategize with your agent when pricing your home.
