Ryan and the 727 Team have been amazing for our move to Florida! It has been about a year-long process, and from advising renting an apartment first so we could get the lay of the land all the way to the final closing on our new home and a generous housewarming gift, Ryan has been nothing but incredibly knowledgeable, professional, flexible, and positive! He also has excellent negotiating skills, as we were able to make a great deal on a fantastic home. Even when some of the offers we made fell through on some of the homes, Ryan's advice was always sound. Lastly, this team is amazing with deadlines and getting paperwork through on short notice! Chris was AMAZING to work with. We just sold a little house in Historic Uptown. We received offers within days, and Chris managed to have it sold within a month. He was incredibly good as far communication and keeping us in the loop goes. There were some pretty bad issues with the house that we had no idea the extent of, but Chris took care of it all for us, all the while keeping us informed and putting a positive spin on things so that we wouldn’t freak out too much!! Our was a complicated sale to get to closing because of some pretty serious issues with the foundation that came up, but if Chris was really stressed out about it (if so, understandably!!), he didn’t show it and kept totally calm throughout the process and with all the problems that were found with our home he managed to somehow get to closing in about a month. I was VERY impressed with him and would highly recommend him to others!

Can't say enough about our experience with The 727 team. Our house hunt experience was far from straight forward, putting in offers on multiple properties with odd things coming up more than once on part of the sellers. Despite the hiccups, Ryan was attentive and responded to messages very quickly, putting our needs first and even researching issues that were typically outside his scope. He educated us on various parts of the process as we went along and gave us the insider's scoop on different neighborhoods. We got new leads from him daily, and he was patient and persistent as we looked at seemingly countless properties. When issues arose, we were advocated for and given honest advice. When we saw a great house outside our price range, he advised us on how they might be talked down. Long story short, it worked out and we are living there today! The best part of working with Ryan was his professionalism- he went above and beyond DAILY to treat us not only as esteemed clients but friends. He showed us genuine care and regard for what is sure to be one of the biggest decisions we've made and helped us stay positive and focused.

We never felt like we were alone, or going through the process without help. The 727 team helped us find an amazing lender, and helped us get all of our paperwork in order prior to closing. We were able to purchase a beautiful waterfront home at an amazing price, and we couldn't have done it without their help! Chris is the realest of the realtors. He's very effective, patient, and knowledgeable. He is always readily available to be anywhere at any time. He's definitely an advocate for you. He went above and beyond what any realtor would do, even helped me move after I closed! Though I don't think that's officially part of that package. We became buddies throughout the process. Highly recommend.

With very little notice, I told Chris I needed to find a new home ASAP. He booked a viewing that very day on a place I liked and was able help me get it. Chris and Ryan did an exceptional job selling my house. They recorded an amazing video and shot professional quality photos of my home. The video and photos were made available on the MLS, Zillow, youtube, facebook, and other outlets to ensure as many buyers as possible would see them. They did everything I asked of them and went beyond my expectations by knocking on doors in mine and surrounding neighborhoods to let people know that my house was on the market. I will be buying another house in the coming weeks and I have no doubt that they will be my realtors once again.

Ryan was excellent. He was very patient. We must of looked at at least 50 houses. Listened to what I was looking for in a house and stayed within my budget. These guys are the best! before buying a home i thought realtors didn't add much value. but these guys sure did. we worked primarily with chris but every time he was unavailable, his partner ryan stepped right in. These guys held our hand through everything. they put our interests first (even at the expense of making more commission or a quicker sale themselves). they gave us sound advice through everything. made numerous contract changes. they oversaw every piece between the lender, the inspector, the seller, and us. the amount of work these guys did was awesome. We found our dream home, had an appraisal come in late and with errors and almost lost the house. with less than two weeks left under contract, chris helped us get an awesome replacement lender and coordinate a rush appraisal. he even showed up at the appraisal with relevant comps and brought the seller who showed documents and receipts so the appraisal could be done accurately and fast. he also coordinate a delayed closing due to hurricane irma, a rush re-inspection and helped make sure our mortgage looked right (what do we know?!). We now have our dream home and it is thanks to chris and his team. the amount of work, care and patience they gave us was truly awesome.
